SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Customers have 2 options in which to make their purchases:
- Customers who pay in full at the time of ordering are eligible for a 10% discount. Current sales tax rates and credit card transaction fees will be added by the register. NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are final for custom handmade products
- Customers who opt to finance their gown over 3 months will not receive the 10% discount but are required to pay 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on the date of ordering all bridal gowns, 2nd payment due 1 calendar month from the order date, 3rd and final payment due 2 calendar months from the order date. Financing gowns in this method requires full price with no discount applied and is based on current sales tax rates and credit card transaction fees to be paid at each partial payment
- No goods will be removed from Sinderellas Rockefellas Bridal Boutique until full payment of the order has been fulfilled. In cases where a check is paid, goods will not be released until the check has been cleared by the bank.
- ALL GOWNS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF SINDERELLAS ROCKEFELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUE UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL
- Customers should retain their sales contracts and any other receipts as proof of purchase. Customers should be sure to have read these TERMS & CONDITIONS notices and fully understand the requirements. Sinderellas Rockefellas Bridal Boutique has such terms & conditions to protect its business regardless of customer circumstance

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- Customers who cancel their sales contract are NOT entitled to a refund of ANY monies already paid up to and including the cancellation date. Please be aware that once handmade gowns are ordered, minimum cancellation periods from suppliers apply to Sinderellas Rockefellas Bridal Boutique, and under NO circumstances can this be changed. Gown orders will still have to be paid for in FULL if the wedding is cancelled for whatever reason. Costs are still incurred to the supplier and to Sinderellas Rockefellas Bridal Boutique regardless of ANY circumstances
- RACK SAMPLE GOWNS BOUGHT IN STORE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR ANY MONIES REFUNDED. SOLD AS SEEN
SIZING
- Handmade gowns are ordered in customer’s current measurements for girth and length. Shoe height is required at time of measuring to be able to order gowns accurately. If customers change their shoe height and do not contact Sinderellas Rockefellas Bridal Boutique in a timely manner, any alterations needed once the gown has been received instore will need to be paid for by the customer.
- Please note: Gowns are HAND MADE TO ORDER TO CUSTOMERS CURRENT MEASUREMENTS. It is the responsibility of customers to maintain their measurements while their gown is being made in the factory.
- After the sales, order contract has been signed and the order placed, SINDERELLAS ROCKEELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUE CANNOT AND WILL NOT accept any responsibility in respect of any changes which may occur in the Customers size and body shape. Including weight loss, weight-gain and pregnancy.
ALTERATIONS
- The price of garments EXCLUDES all costs in respect of alterations or fitting work howsoever this service is provided
- Regrettably, SINDERELLAS ROCKEFELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUE cannot provide exact delivery date for garments, but customers can expect their first fitting to be normally carried out approximately 4 weeks before the wedding date unless the customer has portrait pictures booked which are usually done 1 month prior to the wedding date. If a sales order is for a “SHORT ORDER” or “LATE ORDER”, in which case first fittings may be carried out during the week of the wedding and possibly even the day before.

- Gowns are designed to be worn with underwear in most cases. A suitably structured bra/lingerie is advisable but at the customer’s personal choice. There are always circumstances, especially with particularly heavy busts, that an appropriate gown style with structure be chosen to ensure support and comfort on the wedding day.
- It is ESSENTIAL that customers bring their wedding shoes and underwear being worn on the wedding day to their fitting appointments
- Fittings and alterations work should be carried out by a fully experienced and competent alterations specialist of the customer’s choice
- Sinderellas Rockefellas Bridal Boutique NO LONGER OFFERS UNPAID ALTERATIONS SERVICES for ANY reason
- Customers are asked to settle any balance due by the date of the gown being shipped. Sewing factory WILL NOT ship any gowns which have an outstanding balance. Alterations will not be carried out on any gowns with an outstanding balance.
- CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE THEMSELVES AVAILABLE FOR ALL FITTINGS APPOINTMENTS.
- SINDERELLAS ROCKEFELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE A CUSTOMMER HAS NOT ATTENDED THERE FINAL FITTING AND HAS REQUESTED THAT THEIR GOWN SHOULD BE PICKED UP BY A 3RD PARTY PRIOR TO THEIR WEDDING DATE.
- After the sales order contract has been signed and the order placed, SINDERELLAS ROCKEFELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUE CANNOT AND WIKLL NOT accept any responsibility in respect of any changes which occur in the customers size and body shape including pregnancy
Please note: If customers have a significant change in body shape or weight following the sales order being placed, it is their responsibility to inform SINDERELLAS ROCKEFELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUE as soon as possible. It is not policy to take in gowns by more than one dress size (maximum 2”) as this could adversely affect the integrity of the style and look of the gown. It is at the customers’ risk if more than this is required to be taken in. Letting out of all gowns is also not advisable and is at the risk of the customer should they decide on this requirement for their gown. Advice taken from the alteration specialist is also taken at the customers’ own risk and the personal choice, the specialist cannot be held responsible for any decisions made about the alteration of any garment which is deemed unsatisfactory after any alterations are completed if the customer requested them.
- Customers are advised that if their alterations are completed by an alternative alteration specialist of their choice, SINDERELLAS ROCKEFELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUE will not be held responsible for alterations having been done by another specialist for any reason.

NON-COLLECTION OF GOODS
If customers do not collect their goods within 3 months of the wedding date, then the contract will be deemed cancelled without any further notification and any monies paid will not be refunded. Gowns will be put into the store stock to be resold
COLOR MATCHING
- SINDERELLAS ROCKEFELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUE cannot guarantee the color matching of individual gowns due to dye batching of fabric yardage. Color matching is minimal unless customer requests major changes to lace, lining or base colors.
- SINDERELLAS ROCKEFELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUE is unable to guarantee customer’s garments when matching with instore samples. Samples should be regarded as an indication only. This applies to all fabrics, laces, beading, and any other trimmings or embellishments.
LIABILITY
- Should the store breach its obligations under this agreement, its liability is limited to any direct loss incurred by the customer arising from such breach. The store will NOT be liable for any breaches caused by circumstances outside SINDERELLAS ROCKEFELLAS BRIDAL BOUTIQUES’ control, including, but not restricted to acts of God, war, riot, terrorism, malicious damage, fire, flood or storm.
